A.T.E.K.E. leveraging its many years of experience and know-how in projects of high construction and architectural demands, undertook the construction of a luxury 5-star hotel unit in Mykonos. The project was very demanding and included construction and building works, complete renovation of existing building volumes into luxury suites with private pools, comprehensive configuration of the surrounding area with industrial floors, implementation of a plant engineering study, as well as full E/M facilities that included networks of strong and weak currents, sewage networks and water supply networks, cooling-heating systems, pool systems, auxiliary current networks etc. The hotel unit consists of 23 luxury suites with private pools configured in separate building volumes as well as suites without pool in a 3-level building, central swimming pool, dining area and hall, bar area, sanitary areas, other auxiliary areas, offices, reception and parking. The project was completed with complete success.
