A.T.E.K.E. undertook the construction of the V.S.S. (Vehicle Service Station) of Psathopirgos (South part – Towards Athens) with a total area of 17,050m2. The project included the construction of both constructional and electromechanical facilities. Specifically, the construction of the T.S.C. (Tourist Service Center) that included GOUDYS Burger House, FLOCAFE and other shops in an area of 400m2 and customer service forecourt. The construction included a building with a concrete load-bearing body (>350m3 of concrete and >40tn of reinforcement), external thermal insulation, moisture insulation, special constructions and linings, flooring, internal partitions, etc. and weak currents (>7km of wiring), foundation grounding and lightning protection, air conditioning-heating-ventilation with heat recovery, fire safety systems. The project was completed with complete success and within the predetermined schedule.
