A.T.E.K.E. utilizing its many years of experience and its know-how in metal constructions, undertook the construction of a new modern metal building for Private Artificial Kidney Unit, in Ilion Attica. The project was very demanding and included excavations (>700m3) and embankments, foundations (>600m2), complete construction and installation of a metal building frame (82,000Kg), composite slab constructions (>400m2), waterproof insulations, thermal insulations, fireproof constructions, cladding with panels, etc. as well as electromechanical works that included lighting automation with DALI-KNX, air conditioning automation, blinds automations and door management etc. with KNX interface, installation of full ventilation coverage with heat recovery, cooling-heating with VRV systems, water supply and drainage facilities, MRL (Machine RomLess) elevator, medical gases, back-up coverage of electrical needs with generator, etc. The project was completed with complete success and within the predetermined schedule.
