A.T.E.K.E. undertook the construction of the V.S.S. project in Psathopyrgos (South branch – Towards Athens) with a total area of 17,050m2. The project included the construction of both constructional and electromechanical facilities. In particular, the construction of 230m2 V.S.C. building, T.S.C. building (GOUDIS Burger House, FLOCAFE and other shops) of 400m2 area and forecourt area for customer service, construction of the surrounding area (Road pavements with asphalt layers 1,850.00m2, industrial floor of 700.00m2 area, technical drainage project, pavements, planting of 950m2 area, metal ceiling 240.00m2, concrete tank wells, metal fences. The electromechanical works included complete water supply – drainage networks, electrical currents (>11km of wiring), data (>11km of wiring), grounding and lightning protection, air conditioning-heating-ventilation, liquid fuel networks, gas fuel networks (LPG), fire safety systems etc. The project was completed with complete success and within the predetermined schedule.
